We are Tapping Oktofest on August 12th
Hey folks, its that time of year again! The Brew kettle will be tapping our seasonal Oktofest – German-Style Fest Bier on August 12th at 4pm. We are expecting our canned Oktofest to be ready as well. We will have special menu items through the 14th to celebrate the occasion.
Menu 8-12 thru 8-14
Pierogi Flatbread: Our flatbread topped with a rich and creamy paprikash sauce, fried pierogies, sauteed onions, and swiss cheese (12.99)
Brat Burger: A smoked Wisconsin brat patty topped with melted swiss and kraut relish. Served on a toasted pretzel bun with a side of German potato salad (13.99)
Jagerschnitzel: Breaded pork tenderloin fried golden brown. Served on a bed of braised red cabbage and garlic rosemary spaetzle topped with a red wine mushroom gravy (16.99)
