If you like our Production Winter Warmer, then you will love our Brew On Premise Winter Warmer packed with fresh ginger, orange peel, honey and cinnamon. Mmm, mm, good. ABV 7.0 IBU 20-25. A near identical match to our production beer.
We’ll provide you with the recipe, ingredients and assistance while you brew and bottle your Spiced Ale! The Brew Kettle Brew On Premise in Strongsville Ohio also offers over 70 different recipes of beer and wine to choose from.
To make an appointment, you must call 440-239-8788 after 1 pm Monday through Friday, and after 9 am Saturday and Sunday. You may also email us here about a brewing session. We are unable to schedule a brew session online.
Your brew session will last approximately 2-1/2 hours. When your brew is complete, we’ll look after it during and after the fermentation process. When you return two to four weeks later, your beer will be chilled, filtered, carbonated and ready for you to bottle
