Cleveland Beer Week Collaboration Brew, Pre-Cretaceous Pils.
Great things happen when great people get together. Come down to any of our locations this Friday to try our Cleveland Beer Week Collaboration Brew, Pre-Cretaceous Pils. We were one of ten host breweries for Cleveland Beer Week this year and were happy to work with three of our area’s top breweries; Millersburg Brewing, Nano Brew, and Hansa Brewing.
As the Head Brewers talked about what type of beer to brew, it became obvious that all of them shared a love for a clean Pilsner and that a classic iteration of this style would play into the historic nature of this year’s main event location, The Museum of Natural History.
With the use of historically-accurate ingredients and a wealth of brewing knowledge, we are proud to offer this Pre-prohibition Pilsner to our fans. This nuanced lager was brewed with 6-row malted barley, malted corn, and Cluster hops. This beer harkens back to a simpler time that reminds us that some things are just worth the effort. We hope you enjoy this snapshot of history as much as we do. Cheers!
