The Brew Kettle kitchen crew has been plotting, sautéing, smashing, and simmering their way into a lineup that feels like spring break met New Orleans and decided to stay for dinner.
Here’s what’s marching onto the table this month:
🍅 Fried Green Tomato – 14

Get ready to dive into a delicious and vibrant Krab Rangoon Salad, generously drizzled with a zippy Sweet & Spicy Chili twist that adds a perfect kick of flavor to every bite!
🦐 Shrimp Po’ Boy – 20

We took the classic and gave it a little Brew Kettle handshake.
Cajun crispy shrimp. Chipotle aioli. Lettuce. Tomato. Pickle. Toasted baguette.
It’s messy in the best way. The kind of sandwich that requires both hands and zero shame. You might lean over your plate. That’s normal. That’s respect.
🍔 Reuben Smash Burger – 20

This one didn’t come to play.
Two all-beef smash patties. Brined corned beef. Sauerkraut. Russian dressing. Rye bread holding it all together like a hero in a deli cape.
It’s part smash burger, part St. Paddy’s parade, part “why didn’t we do this sooner?”
