The Brewing Process
Step 1
There are over 70 recipes to choose from. Download our Brew On Premise Brochure and have a good idea of what you would like to brew when you get there.
Step 2
Schedule a Brew session online. A $25 deposit is required to make an appointment. Deposits are refundable and appointments can be modified.
Step 3
Come in and brew! Your brew session will last approximately 2-1/2 hours. The Brew Kettle is a full restaurant, so you will be able to order off the menu and have a cold one while you brew! Bring a friend or two to help. When your brew is complete, we’ll look after it during and after the fermentation process. When you return around 3 to four weeks later, your beer will be chilled, filtered, carbonated and ready for you to bottle.
Step 4
You will have made your bottling appointment when you left your brew session. Leave at least 2.5 hours to bottle and label your beer. Make sure you have emailed or submitted your labels at least 7 days in advance so we can make sure they are available when you arrive. Personalize your beer bottle with a custom label.
