When we sat down with our friends over at Ernest Brew Works to talk about what we wanted to brew for our newest collaboration, we knew we wanted something that screamed fall. One of our favorite traditions and fondest memories of this time of year, was going apple picking. The crisp cool breeze. The comforting sweetness of apple cider. The soul-warming smell of cinnamon wafting from fresh baked goods.

All of these cozy things melded together, and we knew this was the fall beer we were yearning for. Apple Jack is a crisp and Apple Crisp inspired Ale brewed with apples, cinnamon, vanilla, and lactose.

Slightly darker in color than a rich apple cider, this beer is like a cinnamon apple pie in a glass. Grab your favorite flannel shirt, cozy on up to a bonfire, and sip this beer thoughtfully as you enjoy a calm Autumn night.

Our fall-inspired collaboration with Earnest Brew Works highlights the best parts of the season. Going apple picking. The crisp breeze. The comforting sweetness of apple cider. The soul-warming smell of cinnamon wafting from fresh baked goods. This is the fall beer we were yearning for.
