Hopsta La Vista, Honey – A Fresh-Hop Collaboration with Akronym Brewing
Fresh hop season has arrived, and we’re excited to share something truly special from The Brew Kettle: Hopsta La Vista, Honey, a brand-new Wet Hop IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Akronym Brewing.
This bright, aromatic IPA celebrates Ohio’s hop harvest in all its glory. Brewed with freshly picked Vista hops from Auburn Acres Hop Farm, these hops traveled straight from the field to our kettles at peak freshness, locking in bold, juicy flavors that only come once a year.
Vista hops bring big tropical notes of melon, peach, and papaya. You’ll taste a burst of ripe fruit and a lush aroma that leaps from the glass with every pour. We finished it with a hint of wildflower honey in the whirlpool, adding a smooth sweetness that perfectly balances the resinous hop character.
The result is crisp, vibrant, and packed with Ohio-grown flavor — a beer that captures the essence of harvest season from first sip to last.
