For this Holiday season, we decided to do something special for all the fans of our brewery. We procured barrels that were used to age bourbon and then maple syrup. These fantastic barrels were dripping with incredible Maple character and we felt that they were the perfect pairing to our beloved Christmas Seasonal, Winter Warmer.
We brewed a slightly higher ABV version to ensure this beer warmed people up on even the coldest winter night. The result was even better than we could have imagined.

This limited 10% ABV holiday treat starts off with so much maple that it makes pancakes blush. As that flavor fades, the base beer becomes more present and all the holiday spices cut through any residual sweetness. The finish lingers with hints of vanilla and baked goods as the flavors from the original bourbon make an appearance.
