Jonnie Cochran Bean Cakes

Like a pair of perfectly fitting gloves, these flavors will cover your tastebuds. Bean cakes made of fresh herbs and spices mixed with an assortment of fresh vegetables and grilled to a crispy outside with a soft warm inside topped with a cilantro mint yogurt sauce. If these flavors don’t hit……you ain’t legit.
Shrimp & Green Tomato PO Boy

For no particular reason at all we started frying up crispy and tangy green tomatoes. Then momma added succulent spicy shrimp wrapping it up in a fresh baguette with a chewy outside and melt in your mouth inside. Drizzled creole remoulade sauce, this sandwich will leave you feeling like you have “magic legs”
tomahawk chopped

Giant tomahawk pork chop breaded and fried to a golden brown. Then we loaded the bases with Baerga’s tomatillo and green tomato chow chow sauce. Red beans and rice and of course the Belle of the ball sauteed collard greens.
Dirty 30 Cake

White cake covered in marshmallow buttercream and filled with oozy-green whipped vanilla mousse. A perfect bite to celebrate 30 years of the good, the bad and the UGLY! (Dessert for 2!)

Amarok 2025 release
Bottle release on Wednesday 2/12/2025
A master blend of our very best barrel-aged beers. This limited-release bottle makes it as rare as the mythical beast itself. We searched our cellar for a few standout barrels to create a unique blend, unlike anything we have done before. We landed on a mix of barleywine, old ale, and imperial stout. This blend gives us notes of dark fruit, chocolate, hints of vanilla, and a tasty backbone of bourbon.
