February Chef’s Specials: A Love Letter From the Kitchen
February is the month of crushes, commitments, and culinary experimentation. Our Chef’s Specials are back, which means the gloves are off and the chefs are cooking with their hearts. These limited-time dishes are a test run for future menu stars, so consider this your chance to fall in love first.
We leaned into the Valentine’s spirit with flavors that are bold, comforting, and just a little indulgent.
Start or Finish with a Cocktail Dessert

The Chocolate Covered Strawberry Martini is basically dessert in a glass. Stoli Vanil meets crème de cacao and Irish cream, finished with a house-made strawberry simple syrup. Sweet, smooth, and dangerously charming. It’s the kind of drink that makes eye contact with you from across the bar.
Appetizer

Hush Puppies arrive hot, golden, and ready to impress. House-made and paired with white BBQ sauce, they’re crispy on the outside, tender inside, and perfect for sharing. Or not. Love is complicated.
Sandwich

Meet the BBQ Pig Smash Burger. Two fresh all-beef patties stacked with pulled pork, onion petals, house pickles, white BBQ sauce, and cheddar. This burger does not believe in subtlety, and honestly, neither does February.
Entrée

The Perch Tacos are a full-on commitment. Three hand-breaded perch tacos served in toasted flour tortillas with chipotle lime Slaw, pickled onions, and Trinidad herb crema. Bright, crispy, and balanced, they’re the kind of dish you’ll still be thinking about after the date ends.
