- First Course: Brochettes Of Melon
Crispy prosciutto, fresh cantaloupe, and buffalo mozzarella tossed in a garlic basil oil. Finished with a sweet and savory balsamic drizzle. Paired with Blake’s Peach Party ABV 6.5% - Second Course: Pistachio Crusted Pork Belly
Smoked pork belly coated in a pistachio crust then fried until crispy. Served on a light and fluffy sweet potato waffle with a side of Whistle Pig maple bourbon glaze. Paired with TBK Barrel Aged Mac Daddy ABV 10.5% - Third Course: Beer Braised Pork Tenderloin
Pork tenderloin braised in TBK Oktofest and stone-ground mustard. Finished with a reverse sear and laid on a bed of parsnip and purple potato puree, topped with a crisp apple and fennel salad. Paired with R Shea Maple Mashed Sweet Potatoes ABV 8% - Dessert Course: Fried Ice Cream
House-made MBBA Winter Warmer ice cream rolled in seasoned pork rinds and fried golden brown. Topped with freshly whipped cream and cherry-glazed bacon. Paired with Troegs Troegenator Doublebock ABV 8.2%
