When the minds behind The Brew Kettle and HiHO Brewing Co. get together, it’s more than a collaboration. It’s a full-blown reunion. Decades after playing T-ball together, where we mostly chased butterflies and missed first base, we finally traded our aluminum bats for mash paddles.
The result is Where Did the Time Gose?, an incredibly refreshing Gose brewed with lemongrass and ginger.
If you’re wondering what a Gose is, it’s a traditional German-style wheat beer known for its light tartness, subtle touch of salt and crisp, refreshing finish. Our version adds bright, citrusy lemongrass and a gentle kick of ginger, creating a lively beer that is flavorful, easy-drinking and perfect for squeezing a little more fun out of the final days of summer.
At just 4.2% ABV and 8 IBU, it’s light, refreshing and approachable, even if sour beer usually isn’t your thing.
