1. Eligibility:
   The Brew Kettle “Guardians Ticket Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Ohio who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Brew Kettle, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
2. Entry Period:
   The Contest begins on July 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter:
   To enter, visit any Brew Kettle Brewpub and scan the contest QR code to access the entry form. Complete and submit the form to be entered. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
   One (1) winner will receive four (4) tickets to a Cleveland Guardians home game of their choice in August or September 2025, subject to availability, plus one (1) Guardians swag bag. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $800. Transportation, parking, and other expenses are not included.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
   One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about August 1, 2025. The winner will be notified via email or phone within three (3) days of selection. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions:
   By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Brew Kettle, which are final and binding. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release where permitted by law.
7. Publicity Release:
   By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Limitation of Liability:
   The Brew Kettle is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or technical issues of any kind. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless The Brew Kettle and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
