Brew Your Own Beer in Strongsville, Ohio
Ever wanted to brew your own craft beer but skip the mess and complicated equipment? At The Brew Kettle Strongsville, you can experience the thrill of brewing your own beer with the help of our expert brewers.
Our Brew-On-Premise experience lets you create your own batch of craft beer from start to finish. Choose from dozens of proven recipes, gather your friends, and spend a fun afternoon brewing in our professional brewery environment.
Each brew session lasts about 2½ hours, and when fermentation is complete you’ll return to bottle and label your beer. When it’s finished, you’ll take home approximately 72 large 22-ounce bottles of your own custom brew.

Schedule a Brew session online. A $25 deposit is required to make an appointment. Deposits are refundable and appointments can be modified.
Come in and brew! Your brew session will last approximately 2-1/2 hours. The Brew Kettle is a full restaurant, so you will be able to order off the menu and have a cold one while you brew! Bring a friend or two to help. When your brew is complete, we’ll look after it during and after the fermentation process. When you return around 3 to four weeks later, your beer will be chilled, filtered, carbonated and ready for you to bottle.
You will have made your bottling appointment when you left your brew session. Leave at least 2.5 hours to bottle and label your beer. Make sure you have emailed or submitted your labels at least 7 days in advance so we can make sure they are available when you arrive. Personalize your beer bottle with a custom label.
