We searched our cellar for a few standout barrels to create a unique blend, unlike anything we have done before. We landed on a mix of barleywine, old ale, and imperial stout. This blend gives us notes of dark fruit, chocolate, hints of vanilla, and a tasty backbone of bourbon.
