This Mother’s Day, we’re turning up the flavor and dialing in something a little extra special at The Brew Kettle Strongsville and Brunswick. No over-the-top gimmicks, just thoughtfully crafted dishes, fresh ingredients, and the kind of menu that makes Mom pause mid-bite and go, “okay… this is really good.”
Here’s what’s on deck:
White Bean Hummus
A silky blend of cannellini beans, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice, layered with earthy spices and finished with roasted tomatoes. Served alongside crisp cucumber, fresh celery, and garlic Parmesan pita chips, this one’s light, bright, and dangerously snackable.
Roasted Beet Salad
Locally sourced greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette that wakes everything up. Add in creamy goat cheese, caramelized roasted beets, candied pecans, and sweet-meets-spicy peppadew peppers, and you’ve got a salad that absolutely refuses to be boring.
Lox Of Love Flatbread
This one’s the showstopper. A rich cream cheese and goat cheese shmear sets the stage for house-cured salmon, fresh dill, capers, and red onion—all finished with a sprinkle of everything bagel spice. It’s brunch energy… but leveled up.
