Perch Tacos – $18

A Northeast Ohio favorite with a Brew Kettle twist. Three soft tacos are loaded with cheddar cheese, chipotle-lime slaw, and golden-brown perch, then finished with a drizzle of cilantro sour cream. Served with your choice of side.

Chicken Finger Salad – $16

Fresh, crisp, and satisfying. Locally sourced greens are topped with a shredded mozzarella and provolone blend, cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds, and crispy breaded chicken fingers. Served with our house buttermilk dill dressing.

Bison Burger – $19

Big flavor starts with a 100% grass-fed American buffalo patty served on a toasted challah bun with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Served with your choice of side and packed with rich, hearty flavor that’s perfect for burger lovers looking to try something different.

Celebrate the Biggest Impact Event in Modern History with the Biggest Stout in Our Lineup

On June 30, 1908, a massive explosion rocked the remote Siberian wilderness. A 150 to 330-foot asteroid exploded high above the Earth, flattening an estimated 80 million trees and creating the largest recorded cosmic impact event in recent history.

One hundred eighteen years later, we’re celebrating the anniversary the only way The Brew Kettle knows how: with an explosive beer release.

This June, The Brew Kettle Strongsville is headed back to its roots with a trio of fan-favorite throwbacks that longtime guests might remember from the glory days of brewpub comfort food domination. These aren’t “inspired by” classics. These are the real deal. The originals. The culinary equivalent of finding your favorite old band tee in the back of the closet and realizing it still fits.

Tex-Mex Burrito

A flour tortilla filled with hickory-smoked pulled pork and cheddar cheese, grilled to a golden brown and topped with a spicy Tex-Mex sauce. Served with your choice of spicy rice pilaf or tortilla chips, plus roasted corn salsa and sour cream.

Big, messy, smoky, cheesy, and exactly the kind of thing napkins were invented for.

Becky’s Turkey Club Wrap

A flour tortilla stuffed with smoked turkey breast, hickory-smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, and Swiss cheese. Served with a side of chipotle mayonnaise and your choice of side.

This Mother’s Day weekend starting Friday we’re turning up the flavor and dialing in something a little extra special at The Brew Kettle Strongsville and Brunswick. No over-the-top gimmicks, just thoughtfully crafted dishes, fresh ingredients, and the kind of menu that makes Mom pause mid-bite and go, “okay… this is really good.”

Here’s what’s on deck:

White Bean Hummus
A silky blend of cannellini beans, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice, layered with earthy spices and finished with roasted tomatoes. Served alongside crisp cucumber, fresh celery, and garlic Parmesan pita chips, this one’s light, bright, and dangerously snackable.

Roasted Beet Salad
Locally sourced greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette that wakes everything up. Add in creamy goat cheese, caramelized roasted beets, candied pecans, and sweet-meets-spicy peppadew peppers, and you’ve got a salad that absolutely refuses to be boring.

From Eggo-fueled facts to upside-down plot twists, this trivia night is packed with questions that will separate the casual watchers from the true binge veterans. Grab your crew, order a beer, and see if your brain works faster than Eleven closing a gate.

Trivia kicks off Tuesday night, so come early, claim your spot, and fuel up with great beer and food before things get weird. Costumes are encouraged. Telekinesis optional.

Mozzarella wrapped in house-smoked beef brisket, smothered in cornbread batter, deep fried to a golden crisp, served with a Caribbean Salsa Verde

Center Ring Donut Smasher

Two smashed beef patties, hickory bacon, and blackberry jalapeño jam sandwiched between two locally made glazed donuts. Sweet, salty, sticky, and completely unapologetic. Donuts supplied by Big Mouth Donuts in Rocky River Ohio
