This month’s lineup brings together fresh flavors, comfort food favorites, and a little sweet-and-savory barbecue goodness.

Boujee Salad – $16

Fresh kale tossed in a lemon honey vinaigrette with quinoa, red onion, cucumbers, creamy goat cheese, candied pecans, and savory chickpeas. It’s light, refreshing, and packed with flavor for those warm summer afternoons.

Mid Western Melt – $15

June has arrived, and so have some seriously crave-worthy specials at The Brew Kettle Hudson. With one of the area’s most inviting patios, there’s no better place to kick back with a cold beer, enjoy the sunshine, and dig into something delicious.

Leading the charge this month is The Boomstick, a grilled half-pound hot dog loaded with creamy white cheddar mac and cheese, hickory-smoked pulled pork, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce. It’s the kind of creation that makes you wonder why all hot dogs aren’t built this way.

Looking for something a little different? Our Country Boy Nachos put a breakfast-inspired twist on a pub favorite. Fresh homemade potato chips are piled high with savory sausage gravy, cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and scallions for a hearty dish that’s perfect for sharing… or not.

We’re now serving brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm, and yes, the full regular menu is still available if somebody at the table wakes up craving wings and a Rajah before noon. No judgment here.

The new brunch menu brings together sweet, savory, smoky, and just-a-little-dangerous breakfast comfort food with classic Brew Kettle attitude. Dig into favorites like:

• Brewer’s Breakfast loaded with pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and your choice of meat
• Chicken & Waffles topped with hot honey and cinnamon butter
• Smoked Turkey Benedict with poached eggs and hollandaise
• Avocado Toast stacked with heirloom tomato, arugula, and balsamic
