Cleveland Burger Week is rolling back into town June 22 through June 28, and The Brew Kettle is ready to throw its burger into the ring.

This year’s contender? The Banh-Zi.

For just $10, this flavor-packed creation takes inspiration from the iconic Vietnamese Banh Mi and gives it a Brew Kettle twist. We start with a juicy ground chicken patty loaded with classic Banh Mi flavors, then pile it high with sweet and spicy pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, and a zippy sriracha aioli that brings just the right amount of kick.

We’re now serving brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm, and yes, the full regular menu is still available if somebody at the table wakes up craving wings and a Rajah before noon. No judgment here.

The new brunch menu brings together sweet, savory, smoky, and just-a-little-dangerous breakfast comfort food with classic Brew Kettle attitude. Dig into favorites like:

Dark Helmet is back at The Brew Kettle for a special May 4th release, and this small-batch throwback is everything a proper dark lager should be—smooth, balanced, and just roasty enough to keep things interesting without weighing you down.

This isn’t your typical heavy, brooding dark beer. Brewed in the tradition of a German-style black lager (Schwarzbier), Dark Helmet keeps things crisp and clean, with subtle roasted malt notes that whisper instead of shout. It’s the kind of beer that looks intense in the glass but drinks like a lager on a mission—easy, refreshing, and just a little bit sneaky.

Mother’s Day Specials 2026 – Fresh Flavors for Mom in Strongsville and Brunswick

This Mother’s Day weekend starting Friday we’re turning up the flavor and dialing in something a little extra special at The Brew Kettle Strongsville and Brunswick. No over-the-top gimmicks, just thoughtfully crafted dishes, fresh ingredients, and the kind of menu that makes Mom pause mid-bite and go, “okay… this is really good.”

Here’s what’s on deck:

White Bean Hummus
A silky blend of cannellini beans, tahini, garlic, and lemon juice, layered with earthy spices and finished with roasted tomatoes. Served alongside crisp cucumber, fresh celery, and garlic Parmesan pita chips, this one’s light, bright, and dangerously snackable.

Roasted Beet Salad
Locally sourced greens tossed in a citrus vinaigrette that wakes everything up. Add in creamy goat cheese, caramelized roasted beets, candied pecans, and sweet-meets-spicy peppadew peppers, and you’ve got a salad that absolutely refuses to be boring.

Lox Of Love Flatbread
